I will not draw subjects relating to incest, pedophilia, sexual abuse, and/or extreme fetishes.

i will not draw real life people (i.e. pure portraits of your friends, idols, celebrities, etc). face claims are fine.

i will not draw erotica nor ships i'm personally uncomfortable with.

I may post the commission publicly and may use it for future commercial purposes unless requested otherwise. I will not use the completed work for personal projects or prints.

Typically I don't charge extra for revisions/alterations, however this may be a case by case basis.

Turnaround can vary from a week to 2 months, depending on complexity. I can give a more accurate estimation upon request/before payment.

You may personally edit the commission for personal use, as long as the original work is credited back to me. (ie you can color in the sketch yourself)

Should the you, the client, decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

Added subjects (i.e. couples, groups) will be an additional x1.5, or %50, of the base price per individual.

The background will be simple or transparent unless requested otherwise.

Paypal only. I will invoice after sending a sketch.

For less intensive work like busts and sketches, I will send a one time invoice. For works that cost more than $25, I will charge half upfront and ask for the remaining cost upon completion.

Under NO circumstance are you allowed to mint/sell a commission from me for NFT.

I will NOT accept bitcoin or ETH. I will cease all contact immediately upon attempt to do so.

You own the design/adopt and are free to alter it after commission. However, the original concept must be credited back to me.

The design/adopt may be used for commercial use, however, it must be credited back to me.

You're free to resell the design/adopt, but I ask that you do not sell it at a significant markup.
